Baker Street Men’s Wear
We replaced an outdated, non-compliant steam boiler with a state-of-the-art system that not only meets but exceeds current code requirements. The new boiler offers exceptional energy efficiency and reduced operational costs. This project showcases our ability to tackle a wide range of boiler installation and upgrade needs.
Selkirk College Silver King Campus – Biomass Boiler
We installed a Delta Controls panel to monitor the operation of a newly commissioned biomass boiler. This innovative system uses wood-based fuel instead of natural gas, providing significant energy savings while promoting sustainability for the college.
FortisBC Kootenay Operations Centre (KOC)
In 2017, FortisBC completed the construction of the Kootenay Operations Centre in Castlegar, a facility that supports senior executives, linemen, technicians, and mechanics. Our Delta Controls system seamlessly manages all HVAC equipment throughout the complex, including the precision cooling required for sensitive server rooms.
Glenmerry Elementary School
Currently under construction, the new Glenmerry Elementary School features cutting-edge HVAC solutions powered by the Delta Controls system. Our controls manage advanced boiler and heat pump systems, along with individual classroom HVAC units and the building’s central air handling system, ensuring optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
South Nelson Elementary School
At South Nelson Elementary, we implemented a Delta Controls system to operate a newly installed heating plant. The plant includes a series of boilers and pumps that provide heated, tempered air to individual spaces via new fan coil units, delivering a level of comfort the school has never experienced before.
Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital – Pharmacy Upgrade (2022)
In 2022, Twin Rivers Controls upgraded the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital’s pharmacy with a Delta Controls system, ensuring precise temperature control for its newly NAPRA-approved facility.
The same air handling unit also provides efficient heating and cooling for the hospital’s renovated physiotherapy, oncology, and casting departments, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency across multiple critical areas.
